- 75 Min. – $400
- 60 Min. – $330*
- 45 Min. – $245*
- 30 Min. – $150*
- 15 Min. – $90*
- Brief – $40-60*
- Lab Test Review Appointments:
- 60 Min. – $330
- 90 Min. – $495
- Initial appointment: 60 Minutes – $330; 90 Minutes – $495; 2 hours: $650
- Consultation to discuss scheduling appointment: 20 Min. – $110

- Work Performed Outside of Appointment: As stated above, DeLaney’s $330/hour rate also applies to the following:
- a) Lab Test Review prior to or in preparation for appointment;
- b) Chart Review for recommendations in response to telephone or email request;
- c) Preparing Lab Test Orders;
- d) Preparing Lab Test Recommendations Letters for your physician’s consideration;
- e) Detailed information provided through staff when an appointment is not necessary.
Note: Simple issues can sometimes be handled through staff at no charge, but providing advice for specific health concerns or answering technical questions require an appointment.

- All work performed outside of appointments is prorated at the hourly rate of $330. This includes chart review, lab test review, and lab test recommendation letters.
- We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa. Payments may also be made through PayPal. We do not accept checks.
- Deposit of $110 is due upon scheduling initial appointment.
- Payment in full is due at the time services are rendered.
- Cancellation Policy: 24 business hours prior to scheduled appointment for deposit refund.
- Charges for Rescheduled, Missed, and Cancelled Appointments: We require 24 business hours notification prior to your appointment or you will be charged for the full appointment; consideration is given for emergencies.
- We do not accept medical insurance and do not provide paperwork to be submitted for reimbursement.
