Shipping Time-Frame:
- Shipping Schedule – Orders are shipped on Monday though Friday
- Our goal is that all orders received in this office by Noon (CA time) be shipped the same business day.* Otherwise, orders will be shipped the next business day.*
- Out of Stock Products or Backorders: If this occurs, we will promptly contact you with details via email or phone based on your preference for communication if specified.
- Special Shipping Requests: Overnight, Early Morning and 2- or 3-Day Delivery are options for receiving shipments.* A $10.00 Handling Fee will be charged in addition to the extra shipping costs.
- Orders may be placed by phone, email or online.
- Shipping ONLY to United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and other US Territories.
Shipping Methods:
- CA, NV and Greater Phoenix Areas: Packages are shipped via Golden State Overnight (GSO) and are typically delivered the next business day. You will be notified via email when your package is shipped and will also be notified when it has been delivered. Note: GSO drivers often make deliveries early in the day.
- Other Areas Within the Contiguous U.S: Shipping will be via Federal Express (FedEx), United Parcel Service (UPS) or U.S. Postal Service (USPS.) Our office will notify you with shipment details via email or by phone based on your preference for communication if specified.
- C.O.D: We do not ship products via C.O.D.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated based on your order total before tax as well as additional circumstances listed below.
- Contiguous U.S. – Regular Shipping Methods:
- $100 or More: No charge
- $75 to $99: 65.00
- $50 to $74: $9.00
- $0 to $49: $11.00
- U.S. – Special Shipping Requests:
- $10.00 Handling Fee in addition to the shipping cost based on method of shipping and carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS)
- Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and other US Territories
- A $10.00 Handling Fee applies for all orders
- $100 or More: No additional charge ($10.00 Handling Fee only)
- $99 or Less: $8.00 (Plus $10.00 Handling Fee)
- Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) – Shipping via U.S. Postal Service
- $100 or More: No charge
- $75 to $99: $6.00
- $50 to $74: $9.00
- $0 to $49: $11.00
- Backorders and Out of Stock Items: No charge for shipping
Shipping Errors:
- In the event that we inadvertently ship the wrong product to you, we will send the correct product to you and will pay shipping costs for the item to be returned to this office.
Damaged Shipments:
- Holistic Anti-Aging Center guarantees that all nutritional supplements and health products are in excellent condition when they leave this office. Therefore, all sales are final unless products are damaged during shipment. We require that you contact this office immediately if an incident occurs.
